| Abstract: | Chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing（ChIP-Seq）technology can detect DNA-protein binding event,chemical modifications of histone proteins and DNA methylation in the whole genome. The difficulties of ChIP-Seq include not only sample preparation and the sequencing,but also analysis of ChIP-Seq data accurately. In this paper,the experiment theory of ChIP-Seq technology was explained,also a step-by-step method was present for the analysis of ChIP-Seq data and examples of commands were given. The different packages used in each step were also explained and compared. |
