关于我国粮食流通体制问题的探索

本文依据社会主义市场经济体制的要求，探讨了我国粮食流通体制的基本内涵，指出了现在我国粮食流通中存在的主要问题，提出了进一步深化改革的主要内容：培育粮食市场主体，营造市场竞争环境，建立以市场形成价格为基础，政府调节相结合的粮价模式；建立与健全粮食市场体系；建立与健全粮食宏观调控体系。

Research on the Problems of Grain Circulation structures

According to the socialist market economic structures,the author approaches the basic connotation of grain circulation structures in our country, points out that the main problems which still exist in the grain circulations.He gives the main contents of further reformaiton;cultivate the main body of grain markets and build the circustances of competition for markets;set up the designs of grain prices combined the prices that markets form with the govermment regulations;build and complete grain market systems and macroeconolic regulation systems.
