| 摘 要： | 从创新财务管理理念出发,提出高校创新财务管理的机制和方式。构建基于成本核算的全面预算管理模式,建立健全财务内控制度,创新经济评价机制,建立多层次的经济责任制,创新信息化管理手段和方法,提高财务人员的职业素养和业务水平,为实现高校内涵式发展和可持续发展提供财力支持。

| Abstract: | From the concept of financial management, innovation mechanism and mode of financial management in universities are put forward. Based on cost accounting, the comprehensive budget management mode is built, and the sound financial internal control system and the innovation mechanism of economic evaluation are established. We also establish the multi-level economic responsibility system and innovative information management means to improve the financial personnel's professional quality and professional level, which can provide financial support for the realization of the connotation development and sustainable development. |
