斜井施工危险源辨识及控制

摘    要:针对斜井施工事故发生的特点,选择作业安全分析法辨识斜井施工作业中每一步骤的危险源,并运用风险矩阵法评估每个危险源的风险值,最后编制作业安全分析(JSA)表,制定有针对性的风险控制措施。对比分析结果表明,JSA表比传统的作业规程简短,针对性强,易被基层管理技术人员接受,具有应用价值。

Abstract:Aimed at investigating the occurrence of accidents in inclined shaft, this paper introduces the identification of dangerous source of every step by selecting job safety analysis method, evaluation of the risk value using risk matrix method, preparation of list of job safety analysis ( JSA), and development of control measures designed for risks. The contrast shows that JSA list is of greater application value than traditional list, thanks to a shorter job rule, stronger pertinence, and easier access for grassroots manage- ment and technical personnel.
