建筑空调形式划分与城市建筑节能

摘    要:文章以热源方式、输配方式、冷热源与未端设备布置的集散度、自控方式、网络化、信息化等方面对城市建筑空调形式进行了详细划分,并得出可持续建筑空调形式的应用方向的简要分析结论。论述应用可再生能源及建筑围护结构的建筑本身型建筑空调形式是可持续建筑空调形式的理想目标。当前可持续建筑空调形式的工程应用应在技术结合型的基础上,增强被动式形式应用,并选择可持续效应较好的主动式形式。

Abstract:This paper classifies the city building air-conditionlng form in detail on the basis of various aspects such as heat resources form, distributing form, assembling extent of heat resource and distributing apparatus, automatic control form, network and information tech, and gives some concise conclusion about the direction of the sustainable building air-conditioning form. This paper proposes that the building envelope entire type form is just the ideal direction of sustainable building air-conditioning form, and its present engineering application has to increase the application of passive form, and chooses the corresponding active form that be with much more sustainable effect, on the base of technique combined type form that be under main practical engineering application nowadays.
