摘    要:本文提出了一种具有高阻带特性的超宽带滤波器。并联短路支节超宽带滤波器存在上阻带频率范围过窄的问题,为了改善其的带外抑制性能,本文设计了一种紧凑的级联结构超宽带滤波器,在不明显增大滤波器尺寸的条件下,有效拓宽对其上阻带频率范围。优化设计后,得到了一个通带频段为2.1~10.2GHz,上阻带达18.5GHz的超宽带滤波器。仿真结果表明,该结构具有良好的带内带外特性。该滤波器结构简单,尺寸紧凑,适于实际应用。

Abstract:An ultra-wideband filter with wide stopband is developed in this paper. The filter is based on the double stubed bandpass structure . In order to suppress the upperband spurious response, two lowpass sections are cascaded into the bandpass filter. The good performance in passband and stopband is achieved. The design is successfully verified by Agilent ADS simulation. The designed ?her has an ultra-wide fractional bandwidth (2.1-10.2GHz) and a good stopband which is up to 18.5GHz. Due to its simple structure and compact size, the ultra-wideband bandpass ?her introduced in this paper is suitable for applications.
