软质聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂组成结构的正交优化

摘    要:根据软质聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂的性能要求,对其组成结构进行正交优化。方法采用4因素4水平正交实验,确定其最佳结构组成,并对实验结果进行方差分析。结果软质聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂的组成结构为二甲基硅氧烷链节数m=80,含氢硅氧烷链节数n=9,3种不同烯丙基共聚醚PEA,PE-B及PE-C含量(摩尔分数)分别为0.25,0.45及0.30。结论所选择的4种因素对发泡效果的影响均十分显著,其泡剂配方匀泡效果与美国联碳的L-580相同。

Abstract:Aim To decide the best structure and component of the soft polyurethane foam stabilizer according to its characteristics. Method Using 4-factor and 4-level orthogonal test, the best structure and component has been decided and the analysis of variance is also done to the result of the experiments. Results The best structure and component is dimethyl siloxane chain m = 80, hydric-siloxane chain n = 9, and three kinds of allyl block co-polyether, of which PE-A is 0.25, PE-B 0.45 and PE-C 0.30. Conclusion The 4 factors used in the experiments have an obvious effect on foaming. The foam stabilizer has reached the same level as the L-580 of the Union Carbide Company of USA.
