聚乙烯-丙烯酸接枝物的制备及表征

摘    要:采用直接辐射法制备了聚乙烯-丙烯酸接枝物.结果表明,以摩尔盐为阻聚剂,可有效抑制均聚合并得到较高的接枝率.加入硫酸可促进接枝反应,并证明硫酸有利于体系产生更多的自由基.单体浓度对接枝反应有很大影响、采用红外分析证明了接技物的存在,电镜分析表明接枝链在接枝物中的分布很均匀.

Abstract:Polyethylene-acrylic acid grafted copolymer have been prepared by the direct radiation--induced method. The results show that it is possible to inhibit homopolymerization and obtain a high degree of grafting in the presence of Mohr' s salts. The addition of sulfuric acid in the grafting' system can enhance the grafting reaction which is attributed to the formation of more radicals.The monomer concentration also had much influence on such reaction. The grafted polymer was confirmed by IR analysis.The SEM results show that the grafting chain has a rather homogeneous distribution in the grafted copolymer.
