| Abstract: | This paper analyze the present condition of professional accomplishment of librarian in institution of higher learning and the factor of the lower professional accomplishment of librarian, in accordance with the professional accomplishment that the librarian at home and abroad should be provided with, emphasize on how to improve the librarian's professional accomplishment and give some particular ways and methods to solve the problem above. |
