Abstract:From the angle of programmed instruction, this thesis, through the contrasts in differentexperiments, tries to explore the scientific nature of technical teaching, and rationality of itsapplication to teaching practice. And then the writer manages to find out the contradictionsbetween theoretical study and teaching practice, in addition, puts forward tentative proposals forsolving them. In this way the closer combination can be strengthened between teaching thoeyrand teaching prance for teachers to meet higher teaching requirements, and for students to makea better use of athletic techniques.
