摘    要:以番茄子叶为外植体,将其接种在含不同种类和浓度的抗生素培养基上进行培养,研究卡那霉素(Kna)、潮霉素(Hyg)以及羧苄青霉素(Carb)对番茄子叶愈伤组织诱导的影响。研究结果表明:卡那霉素、潮霉素以及羧苄青霉素对番茄子叶愈伤组织的分化均有一定的抑制作用。随着三种抗生素浓度的提高,番茄子叶愈伤组织的分化频率逐渐降低,当Hyg达到20 mg/L时,完全抑制愈伤组织诱导产生芽;与Hyg相比,Kan的抑制作用相对弱一些,Carb的抑制作用最弱。

Abstract:The cotyledons of tomato were used as explants for tissue culture on the medium with different antibiotics to study the effect of Kna(kanamycin),Hyg(Hygromycin) and Carb(Carbenicilin) on their callus induction.The results showed that Kna、Hyg and Carb had inhibited the differentiation of the cotyledons of tomato.With the higher concentration of the antibiotics,the callus induction rates were reduced.When Hyg concentration was 20 mg/L,there was no shoots regenerated.Compared with Hyg,the inhibition effects of Kna were not more obvious on callus differentiation,the inhibition effects of Carb were the lowest.
