GSIFCON材料拉敏特性及对梁构件机敏检测

摘    要:为了利用石墨水泥砂浆注浆钢纤维混凝土检测梁构件内部损伤,采用三根素混凝土梁对GISFCON的拉敏特性进行了研究。采用GSIFCON与钢筋混凝土梁叠合的方法,测定在不同应力作用下,梁构件破坏过程中GSFICON的电阻相对变化,来监测梁构件内部损伤情况。试验结果表明:GSIFCON材料的拉敏性能要高于其压敏性能4倍以上。在不同应力作用下,梁构件受拉区GSIFCON的电阻相对变化始终与梁构件损伤过程保持一一对应关系,可对梁构件损伤进行检测。研究结论为GSIFCON在智能结构中的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to use Graphite Slurry Infiltrated Steel Fiber Concrete(GSIFCON)to monitor the internal damage of the beam specimens,the pulling sensitivity characteristics of GSIFCON were investigated by testing on 3 concrete beams.
