| Abstract: | Many disputes of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage cause hot discussion recently in China . This article takes a review to the progress of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage all over the world, analyzes several issues of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and, finally brings forward a suggestion and countermeasures to perfect Chinese legal protection system of intangible cultural heritage. |
