浅析太极拳运动与人体身心健康

摘    要:随着社会的不断进步,人们工作、生活的节奏加快,环境压力的增大,导致人体身心健康的疾病相对增加,各种工作症、职业病相应产生,心理疾病的比率增高.本文从太极拳运动机理出发,从太极拳运动对人体呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统的影响四个方面论述了太极拳运动对于促进人体身心健康的作用.

Abstract:With the development of the society, the rhythm of people's work and life speed up, the enviromental pressure increases, which cause the raise of people's diseases on body and mind health. Besides,all kinds of occupational disease relatively appears,and the rate of psychological disease grows.The article starts from Chinese boxing, the fundamental of apparatus movement, talks about their influence on people's respiratory system, nerve system and cardiovascular system, so as to accelerate people's body and mind health.
