| 摘 要： | 通过多年的大学学习生活,大学生在知识、个人能力与人格方面都有了显著提高。为了尽快实现自己的人生价值,他们有着强烈的就业意愿和积极的就业动机。从理论上对影响大学生就业价值观的因素进行探讨分析,找出当前大学生就业价值观存在的若干问题和原因。

| Abstract: | The knowledge, abilities and personalities of college students have been improved a lot after learning in colleges for years. They have strong wills and positive motives to find jobs, in order to realize their own values of life as soon as possible. In the paper, the effects that affect the employment values of college students are discussed, and the problems and reasons of the present employment values of college students are tried to find out. |
