| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the advantages of science and technology innovation resources and their existing problems in colleges and universities. The author thinks that the innovation system of science and technology should be made up of that of scientific research, knowledge industry, transfer of skill and training of skilled personnel. Four correlative suggestions are put forward. |
