| 摘 要： | 针对我国老龄化的发展趋势和当前城市基础设施的实际情况,就如何实现社区生活和治理的信息化,给出了一利用数字电视传输流中的空包技术、把广播网与互联网结合起来、低碳低投入低成本高效率的社区信息服务平台解决方案。

| Abstract: | According to China＇s aging trends and the actual situation of current urban infrastructure,this paper propose the community information service platform solution on how to informationize the community life and governance,which is low- carbon,low- investment,low- cost but efficient,combining the broadcast networks with the internet by the nullpackage technology of the digital television transport streams. |
