| 摘 要： | 路网行程时间可靠度是有效评价道路网功能的重要指标之一．在给出行程时间可靠度概念的基础上，分析了影响地方道路网行程时间可靠度的因素，提出了计算地方道路网行程时间可靠度的蒙特卡罗法，并通过算例验证了方法的合理性和适用性，研究结果对评价路网功能，优化和调整网络结构提供了重要依据．
