| Abstract: | This paper introduces the historical evolution of library's management, discusses on the connotations, functions and application methods of the flexible management, and points out that only by using various managerial modes such as the rigid-flexible combining management, marketing management, and crisis management, etc. can the managerial level of the library be increased effectively and can the emergency ability of the library be strengthened. |
