丙烯的催化二聚

摘    要:为筛选丙烯二聚催化剂,探讨丙烯二聚反应的活性中心及反应机理,制备了一系列Zn或ZnMg 、ZnNi 双组分改性ZSM5 沸石催化剂,采用IR、NH3TPD 研究了其表面酸性,用脉冲微反技术评价了它们的丙烯转化活性和二聚选择性- 结果表明:在指定反应条件下,ZnMg/NH4ZSM5(IM) 样品的丙烯转化率达94-2 % ,二聚选择性近100 % - 在此样品上丙烯二聚按正碳离子机理进行,其活性中心是B 酸中心;强B 酸减少,丙烯二聚选择性增加

Abstract:To select good catalyst for dimerization of propene and to explore the reaction mechanism of dimerization of propene,a series of ZSM 5 zeolites modified with Zn,Zn Mg or Zn Ni were determined.The acidities of the catalysts were investigated by IR of pyridine adsorption and NH 3 TPD.The activities and selectivities for the dimerization of propene have been determined using a pulse microreactor system.The result shows that in given reaction conditions,on the impregnated catalyst Zn Mg/NH 4 ZSM 5(IM),a 94.2% conversion and 100% selectivity for dimerization are obtained.The dimerization of propene is in favour of the carbonium ion mechanism.Bronsted acid sites are the active sites.The selectivity for dimerization of propene increases as the strong Bronsted acidity decreases. conversion and 100% selectivity for dimerization are obtained.The dimerization of propene is in favour of the carbonium ion mechanism.Bronsted acid sites are the active sites.The selectivity for dimerization of propene increases as the strong Bronsted acidity decreases.
