政务微博视角下的社会治理创新方式探究

新形势下加强社会管理创新已经成为我国政府的重要任务,而政务微博的兴起为其提供了积极的条件,包括为创新社会管理理念提供了新的动力支持,促进了新的社会管理方式的诞生,提高了社会管理的公开性、民主性和科学性,但同时政务微博也因其多元主体管理难度大、易滋生非理性行为、对突发事件应变力不足等特点而使行政管理受到挑战。基于政务微博的视角,提出以政务微博为途径的社会管理方式创新,并从利用政务微博平台、促进政务微博制度化管理、完善政务微博发展模式、健全政务微博法制等渠道创新社会管理的具体路径。

Social Governance Innovation based on Government Microblogs

Social governance innovation is an important task for the Chinese government in the new age, and the rise of government microblogs provides positive platform for it. Government microblogs pave the way for new social governance and help to create an open, democratic and scientific work style for governments. But at the same time government microblogs become challenge for administrators for it is difficult to manage, easy to produce irrational behaviors and slow in response to emergency. Government microblogs do helps the innovation of social governance. They need to be better managed, better developed and their access to legal governance improved.
