川芎道地性的ISSR分析

摘    要:利用ISSR分子标记技术,对来自国内17个居群的285个川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong hort.)个体进行道地性分析.从99条ISSR随机引物中筛选出10条引物对285个川芎个体进行扩增,共得到186条清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点183个,多态位点百分率(PPB)为98.39%.根据结果进行聚类分析,得出16个川芎居群遗传距离的非加权算术平均(UPGMA)树.采自四川省内的10个川芎居群表现出更近的亲缘关系,各个川芎居群间具有高度遗传多样性.

Abstract:Inter-simple sequence repeats(ISSR) markers were used to investigate the genuineness of 285 individuals from 17 L.chuanxiong populations in China.Based on 10 primers,186 ISSR bands were generated,183(98.39%) were polymorphic.The 17 populations of L.chuanxiong were clustered in unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average(UPGMA) tree.10 populations from Sichuan Province clustered together before forming a cluster with other populations elsewhere,illustrated that they have nearer relationships.A high ...
