摘    要:根据水下结构混凝土裂缝中富含水分的特点,设计一种高性能复合注浆修补材料.在保证该材料具有良好的流动性和水下抗分散性的情况下,对不同配合比的复合注浆修补材料进行对比试验,探讨其各方面的性能.在适当的搅拌时间下,各组分材料发挥组合效应,使得复合注浆修补材料具有优良的流动性和水下抗分散性.活性硅质材料的掺入量和水灰比的比值,都会对复合注浆修补材料的流动性、凝结时间、粘度、强度和收缩等产生显著影响.

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the cracks in underwater concrete structure that are full of water,a new type of high performance composite grouting was designed.Contrastive test method was used to test specimens with different proportions so as to research all aspects of performance of the composite grouting.Active silica material and water-active calcium ratio both show the predominant influence on the performance of composite grouting,such as fluidity,antiwashout ability,setting time,viscosity,strength and shrinkage.
