韶关市志愿者服务事业的发展现状及其对策

志愿服务是一种无待遇和非责任的工作，以有组织性的方式来提供利于他人的服务，对政府、社会产生极其深远的影响和作用。韶关市作为粤北地区的地级市，经过多年的努力，志愿服务事业得到了长足的发展。但由于社会认知程度低、社会资源供应不足、人力管理、组织培训缺乏、志愿服务的项目领域不宽等原因，韶关市志愿者服务事业的发展，与发达地区相比还存在较大的差距。只有加大对志愿者服务事业的宣传，发挥政府的扶植作用，整合社会各方资源，拓展志愿服务项目领域．韶关市志愿服务事业会得到更大的发展。

In Shaoguan City, the biggest and important city of the northern part of Guangdong, there is a great development in volunteer services through efforts of many years. Due to the lower level of social recognition, inadequate social resources, lack of personnel administration and training and narrower article territory of volunteer services, there is a great gap between Shaoguan and the developed areas in volunteer services. Only through enlarging the publicity of volunteer services and the support of government, integrating the various social resources and expanding the article territory of volunteer services, can a greater development be achieved in volunteer services in Shaoguan.
