| 摘 要： | 研究了赤霉素、双氧水、硝酸钾和浓硫酸对聊红槐种子发芽率的影响,结果表明,浓硫酸浸种20min为最佳处理,发芽率为98.7%,发芽势为90%,分别比对照提高了46.7%和51.8%,差异极显著（P〈0.01）.

| Abstract: | The effect of GA3,H2O2,KNO3 and concentrated sulfuric acid treatments on the seed germination characters of Sophora japonica Liaohong was studied.The results showed that the germination rate and germination trend could get up to 98.7 % and 90 % soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid in 20 min which was inhanced by 46.7 % and 51.8 % respectively in contrast with the control,so the difference was extremely significant（P〈0.01）. |
