新型酶解木质素陶瓷的制备

摘    要:以酶解木质素为原料,经改性后与木质素混合、干燥、模压成型、高温烧结,成功制备了酶解木质素陶瓷,并分析了其产品得率、表面硬度、孔隙结构以及微观形态.原料木质素含有大量酚类结构,与酚醛树脂接近,更适于制备木陶瓷,产品质量、直径、厚度得率与酚醛树脂处理物料制备的木陶瓷接近.木质素改性前后的PY-GC-MS分析表明,木质素热解中释放较多的低分子酚类物质,改性后的酶解木质素热解中释放的低分子酚类物质进一步增加,这些酚可循环用于木陶瓷制备.当改性木质素用量为20%时,表面硬度比空白提高近30%.SEM分析表明,经改性木质素处理制备的木陶瓷比酚醛树脂处理物料制备的木陶瓷样品表面光滑,并存在大量较均匀的孔隙结构.孔隙结构分析表明,浸渍处理使木陶瓷样品孔隙度下降,而酚醛树脂的这种作用明显强于改性木质素.
