| 摘 要： | 稀土产业是内蒙古的优势产业,但是长期以来没有形成具有核心竞争力的产业集群,稀土资源优势并未转化为经济优势。要实现内蒙古稀土产业集群快速发展,必须坚持"资源节约、环境友好"的原则,大力进行资源整合,不断延伸优化产业链,逐步扩大集群的开放性,推动集群嵌入到全球价值链中,从而提升内蒙古稀土产业集群的竞争力。
