| 摘 要： | 生产单位的机器设备和工作条件都已经确定,找到人机系统中合适的人就成为关键。人员的岗位胜任能力可以分解为几个方面进行考核。操作人员处于人机环境系统的信息处理中心,尊重人机系统中工作的人,让他积极的工作,是他决定了人机系统的安全和走向。培养人机系统中核心的人,发展机器设备的现代化,都必须照顾彼此,形成人机合一,人机交互的融合关系。

| Abstract: | Machinery,equipment and working conditions have been determined in production units,the key point is to find the right people in the man-machine system. The competence evaluation can be decomposed into several aspects. Operators has been the center of information processing in man-machine environment system,and determined safety and direction of the man-machine system,so they should be respected,which may let them work actively. The cultivation of core operators in man-machine system,and development of machinery and equipment modernization,requires taking care of each other for ming the relations as man-machine combination and the fusion of human—computer interaction. |
