| 摘 要： | 2011年3月和7月对潭江浮游植物样品进行了采集,共鉴定出202种浮游植物,隶属于7门86个属,其中以绿藻门和硅藻门种数最多,各占据了种类总数的36.14%和43.56%,说明了绿藻和硅藻为优势类群(优势类群是按照生物密度确定的).依据Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef种类丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数判断潭江春季水体总体为轻度污染水体.

| Abstract: | A phytoplanktonic investigation of Tanjiang river was conducted in March and July 2011.There were 202 species of phytoplankton belonging to 86 genera and 7 phyla identified altogether.Chlorphyta and Bacillariophyta which occupied 36.14% and 43.56% of the total species number were the most,indicating that the green algae and diatom were the dominant groups.According to the dominant species of phytoplankton,Tanjiang river had been contaminated and a eutrophication had emerged;Tanjiang river was β-meso-polluted to oligo-polluted judging from phytoplankton community while it was clean or light-polluted judging from Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef species diversity index and Pielou evenness index.Tanjiang river was light-polluted or oligo-polluted judging from the above indicators in spring. |
