中小企业技术创新的模式选择——模仿创新

中小企业技术创新主要有两种模式 :一是率先创新模式 ,二是模仿创新模式。由于中小企业资金短缺、人才匮乏、抗风险能力差等 ,所以 ,应该首选模仿创新。首先应准确选择模仿创新对象 ;其次是确定模仿创新方式。模仿创新方式主要有三种 :即引进模仿创新、反求模仿创新和专利模仿创新 ;最后是实施模仿创新开发。

On pattern choice of technology innovations in medium or small-sized enterprise--imitative innovations

There are two patterns of innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises:Init iative Innovation and Imitative Innovation.However,as small and medium-sized ent erprise tend to be lack of finance,human resources and the ability of risk-takin g. Imitation pattern of Innovation should be first taken into consideration.For Imitative Innovation, first, subject should be set;second,the way of Imitati ve Innovation should be chosen.The pattern of imitative innovation can be divided into three types:Imported Imitative Innovation;Anti-seeking Imitative Innovation and patented Imitative Innovation.Third,the development of imitative innovation should be carried out.
