电液伺服阀频率特性测试系统误差分析

摘    要:电液伺服阀频率特性测试系统因引入动态流量计活塞位置反馈环节而存在测试原理误差,采用计算机仿真可以定量分析该误差的大小及其变化规律。结合伺服阀频率特性测试系统实例,利用Matlab中的Simulink进行测试误差的仿真分析,研究结果表明,根据被测伺服阀频宽的范围调整好反馈增益的大小及反馈通道上惯性环节的时间常数,可获得满意的伺服阀频宽测试精度。

Abstract:There is a theory error in the electro-hydraulic servo valve frequency characteristic test system due to the presence of dynamic flow meter piston position feedback system. With the help of computer simulation, the degree and variations of the error can be rationally afialyzed. According to an example of the electro-hydraulic servo valve frequency characteristic test system, the test error can be analyzed by the Simulink function of software Matlab. The results have proved that by adjusting the gain and time coefficient of the inertia link in the feedback system based on the frequency range of the tested servo valve, a higher test precision of the servo valve frequency characteristic will been obtained.
