Abstract:This paper discusses that the state-owned enterprises must strengthen the work of the quality management, analyses the challenges faced by the state-owned enterprises after WTO entry, advances some tactics for receiving the challenges, and expounds the ideas and countermeasures for creating and keeping the famous brands.
