不同处理对栝楼种子萌发的影响

栝楼（Trichosanthes kirilowii）种子经适当的浸种处理和在适宜的温度下催芽，提高了发芽率和发芽势。实验表明，栝楼种子在用40℃温水浸泡6小时，再转入冷水浸泡24小时，取出放在太阳下晒到种子表层水干后，于30℃下催芽，促进萌发效果最好。

Effect of Different Treatments on Seeds Germination of Trichosanthes Kirilowii

If Trichosanthes kirilowii seeds are treated by soak and germination temperature, the seeds germination rate and germination vigor are both raised. The test results indicate： if the seeds are dipped in warm water（40℃） for 6 hours, then in cool water for 24 hours and basking to the dry surface after bringing out of water, we would gain the best effect of germination by accelerating germination under 30℃.
