关于图书馆与学习型社会建设的思考

学习型社会是时代发展的必然产物,是顺应时代发展的要求,图书馆是社会信息的收集、整理与传播的一个特殊机构,在学习型社会的构建中有着其独特的优势,能为学习型社会建设提供必须的文献、学习环境等构建要素,也是构建学习型社会的基本大前提。本文着重对当下图书馆发展和学习型社会构建之间存在不协调因素进行剖析,针对图书馆如何顺应时代发展的要求如何发挥公共图书馆的服务作用,如何转变自身职能适应学习型社会需要,从而推进学习型社会建设提出对策与建议。

Thinking about the Construction of Libraries and a Learning Society

The learning society is the inevitable outcome of the development of the times,and the requirement to conform to times.The library is a special institution of the social information collection,sorting and dissemination.In the construction of the learning society it has its unique advantages,can provide necessary documents and learning environment for the construction of a learning society,is also basic major premise for the construction of learning society.This paper focuses on the analysis of the incongruous factors between library development and constructing learning society,and analyzes how the library to meet the requirement of the times,how to give full play to the public library＇s service function,how to change their own functions to meet a learning society needs,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of a learning society.
