| 摘 要： | 系统地介绍了由监控中心计算机和远程测量终端通过GPRS无线通讯移动网所构成的绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测系统的工作原理.简述了该系统的系统构成、技术特点, 给出远程监测终端的硬件、软件的设计思路,介绍了专家软件功能.该系统实现了对输电线路绝缘子污秽的远程实时监测, 并在污秽接近过限时发送预报警信息, 及时指导输电线路绝缘子的清扫工作.
