| 摘 要： | 从ECFA实施历程、特殊地位及其现有经济成果出发,结合两岸当前经济困境,提出ECFA的实施对两岸经济合作的互补性及其特殊效应,主要体现为：促进两岸产业合作实现产业结构升级,发挥国内产业链完整优势实现制造业优势互补,优化体制环境促进两岸中小企业整合发展以及开展多方合作共创服务业发展。 |

| Abstract: | This article starts from ECFA implementation process, the special status and current economic achievements, and combining with current economic difficulties illustrates the complementarity of the implementation of ECFA to cross - strait economic cooperation and its special effects, which are mainly divided into three levels： the complementarity to the cross -strait mutual economic develop- ment, special effects to Taiwan＇ s economic development and special effects to the economic development of mainland China. |
