| 摘 要： | 面临社会发展新形势,高校教务管理的改革创新已不可阻挡。针对目前高校教务管理中体制僵硬、管理人员经验不足、教学任务监督体系不完善、教学投入严重不足以及教务考核评价方法单一等问题,提出加强管理人员素质、树立服务和责任意识、加强教学监督工作、完善教学质量体系、提高各院系管理权限以及加大教学投入力度等措施。
