武夷山市下梅古村落旅游可持续发展的思考

下梅古村落是武夷山市文化遗产的重要组成部分。目前,下梅古村落旅游发展态势良好,但发展不稳定。通过调查分析,发现存在资金投入不足、村民利益诉求大、旅游基础设施不完善、部分民居保护工作不到位等方面的不足,由此提出与企业合作吸纳资金、以共生模式协调村民与各利益主体的关系、完善旅游服务配套设施以及加强古村落的保护等建议。

On Sustainable Development of Tourism in Xiamei Ancient Village, Wuyishan City

Xiamei ancient village is an important part of cultural heritage in Wuyishan city. At present, the tourism development situa- tion of Xiamei ancient village is fine, but unstable. Based on the investigation and analysis, some shortages are found out as below： The investment is insufficient; villagers have a strong demand of interest; the tourism infrastructure is not perfect; part of vernacular dwellings preservation work is not implemented perfectly. Based on the analysis, some suggestions are put forward on the sustainable development of tourism in Xiamei ancient village.
