基于单片机的晶闸管数字触发研究与实践

摘    要:针对传统晶闸管触发电路复杂、元件具有分散性、触发角产生漂移等问题,设计了基于单片机的数字式晶闸管触发电路.文章详细介绍了系统组成、电路原理、触发角数字控制方法,并对电路进行了仿真和实验.试验结果表明,该电路能按给定的数字量准确地给晶闸管提供触发脉冲,触发角α的控制范围在0-180°,输出电压误差为1.12%.

Abstract:The traditional thyristor trigger circuit is complex, and element is with dispersion, leading to the shift of the trigger. To solve these problems, we designed the digital thyristor trigger circuit, which is based on mierocontroller. The paper in- troduces the system composition, principle of circuit, and carries on simulation and experiment of the circuit. Experimental results show that the circuit can provide the thyristor with trigger pulse accurately according to the digital quantity given. To the trigger angle, the control is in the range of 0-180° ,and the output voltage error is 1.12%.
