| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外部分运动员运用后排扣球技术分析,运用运动生物力学、解剖学以及体育比较学等方面知识对后排扣球的助跑和起跳、空中击球以及落地缓冲等几个技术环节的动作结构进行了初步的研究,试图为后排扣球技术教学与训练提供一定参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the smashing ball skill in the back - row of the players home and abroad, and by using the knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and comparative P.E. study, the article makes an initial research about some skillful movements in the back row smashing ball skill, such as running fast before jumping, taking off, hitting the ball as jumping and falling to the ground and buffering, etc. And it tries to provide certain reference foundationfor the teach~ng and training of baCk-row smashing ball skill. |
