摘    要:根据实际配电网络的特点,在给定负荷水平下,提出了一种优化110 kV变电所个数、变压器台数、容量以及10 kV出线回路数的数学模型,可应用于制定城市电网规划的技术原则.该模型的目标函数包含了系统中所有的成本.利用遗传算法进行求解,可快速求得最优解.具体算例的计算表明了优化方案的实用价值.

Abstract:The paper presents a new mathematical model for the optimization of transformer capacity,conductor size,number of transformers and substations in consideration of the characteristics of distribution system. This model can be used to establish the principles of network planning.In the model the objective function includes all the costs of the distribution systems. The genetic algorithm is used to minimize the objective function considering the technical constraints.The results of a computational example show that the method is effective.
