社会转型时期农村土地流转机制的建构--以赣西新姚镇为例

土地流转机制的缺失是中国土地制度的根本缺陷,因此,建立与市场经济相适应的农村土地使用权流转制度,是农村构建和谐社会的一项重要内容。结合赣西新姚镇农村土地使用权流转改革的实践,提出了农村土地流转机制建构的基本观点,并讨论了农村土地使用权流转改革的基本思路。

The mechanism establishment of the urban land-use right turnover in the period of the social transition

China's rural land system lacks the mechanism of the turnover of land-use right. So it is important for the rural economy to build up a system concerning the right of land use in accordance with the market economy. Based on the reform practice of the turnover of land-use right in the rural area of Xinyao, the author expresses the basic view about the mechanism establishment of rural land turnover, and discusses basic theoretical problem on the turnover of land-use right.
