| 摘 要： | 在阐述地方高校在研究生教育的质量保障要求的基础上,通过构建地方高校研究生教育质量保障长效体系的组织结构和功能模块,提出应抓住研究生培养的关键环节,采取加强质量保障体系的顶层设计、科研模式创新、人才培养模式创新、优化研究生培养过程管理和完善质量评价体系等具体措施实现完善和发展地方高校研究生教育质量长效保障体系的目的.
