| 摘 要： | 文章报导应用附加各种植物激素的MS、1／2MS和VW培养基，对小蝶兰Phalaenopsis minor F.Y．Liu种子萌发及发育成小苗的影响。以1／2MS基本培养基，附加KT0．5mg／L，2，4-D0．5mg／L和10％CM配比时，小蝶兰的种子萌发、生长较好。小蝶兰在气候环境条件适宜的温室栽培条件下，从种子萌发形成原球茎（Protocorm）、球茎（Corm）、幼苗（Seedling）到首次开花的性成熟阶段，为期三周年；再到产生下一代种子的个体发育周期为四周年。小蝶兰的生活周期分为胚胎阶段（Embrycnic stage）、幼苗阶段（Seedling stage）、性成熟阶段（Maturity stage）和有性繁殖骱段（Sexual propagation stage）。 |

| Abstract: | The sexual propagation of Phalaenopsis minor F.Y.Liu and its life cycle has been examined in this research with an essential medium MS supplemented with KT 0.5mg/L,2,4-D 0.5mg/L and 10%CM.Under favorable conditions in green house,Phalaenopsis minor F.Y.Liu grew from protocorm,corm,seedling,and to maturity stage in a period of three years,finally to sexual propagation stage one year later.Phalaenopsis minor F.Y.Liu has been proved to be divided into four stages: embryoni,seedling,maturity and sexual propagation stage. |
