摘    要:研究巯基棉富集白酒中微量元素铅的条件以及其解吸条件.利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其洗脱液铅的吸光度,回收率可达90%以上,相对标准偏差达到4%左右.此法药品用量少、操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,适用于现场富集快速检测.

Abstract:In this article,the condition of sulfhydryl cotton enriching and desorping the trace element Pb in wine was researched,and the absorbance value of its eluate was measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer,the ratio of recovery was over90%.The relative standard deviation achieves about 4%.This method was quite suitable for food analysis,on-the-spot rapid detection of enrichment and so on for its simplicity,quickness,high-precision and high sensitivity.
