| 摘 要： | 如何进行成本管理以及成本管理的好与差直接关系到一个企业的经济效益。施工单位要提高市场竞争力最终要把影响工程成本的各项耗费控制在计划范围内，必须加强成本管理。实行项目经理部工程承包制，以达到降低工程成本，提高经济效益，增强竞争力。
