齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病关系的调查

目的:探讨齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病的关系,为有效治疗口腔疾病提供依据.方法:消毒棉签涂取受检者口腔病变处,生理盐水涂片后铁苏木素染色进行显微镜检查.结果:牙周炎与冠周炎、龈缘炎之间的感染率差异无显著性(P＞0.05);牙周炎与龋齿、口腔溃疡、牙髓炎、对照组之间的感染率差异有显著性(P＜0.01);齿龈内阿米巴滋养体吞噬白细胞的平均数,牙周炎为4.2,龋齿为1.3,口腔溃疡为0.7,对照组为03.牙周炎是龋齿的3.23倍(P＜0.01),口腔溃疡的6.00倍(P＜0.01),对照组的14倍(P＜0.01);龋齿是口腔溃疡的1.86倍(P＞0.05),对照组的4.33倍(P＜0.01).结论:齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病有关.齿龈内阿米巴吞噬大量白细胞,降低了口腔免疫力,有利于致病菌的生长繁殖,促进炎症的发生.
