| 摘 要： | 研究了竹叶兰乙酸乙酯萃取物对四氯化碳诱导脂质过氧化抑制作用,竹叶兰乙酸乙酯萃取物能有效抑制Fenton自由基所致卵磷脂脂质体脂质过氧化、CCl4诱导鼠肝细胞、以及人血红细胞脂质过氧化.结果表明竹叶兰解毒机理与竹叶兰对化学毒物诱导脂质过氧化具有明显的抑制活性有关. |

| Abstract: | The acetic ether extract of Arundina graminifolia was prepared, and its inhibition effect on tipid peroxi- dation induced by carbon tetrachloride was investigated. The result showed that the acetic ether extract of Arundina graminifolia could inhibit lecithin lipid peroxidation induced by Fenton radical, the rat liver ceils and human red blood cells lipid peroxidation induced by carbon tetrachloride effectively. The IC50 and maximum value of inhibition rate of lecithin lipid peroxidation induced by Fenton radical was O. 0978 mg/mL and 77.3%, respectively. The result indicated that the detoxification mechanism of Arundina graminifolia could be related to its strong inhibition effect on the lipid peroxidation induced by chemical poison. |
