板料拉深成形液压机压边力智能控制系统的实现

摘    要:针对板料拉深成形液压机压边力控制系统中,传统控制方式完全依赖于系统建立精确的数学模型,无法满足控制要求,提出了将常规PID控制和模糊控制相结合的方法,设计出两输入三输出的模糊PID控制系统.通过Matlab/Simulink仿真,结果表明模糊PID控制能减小系统的超调,提高快速性,在改善系统的稳态性、动态性和鲁棒性方面发挥了较好的作用.

Abstract:While the conventional control mode totally relies on the system to build an accurate mathematical model which can not meet the control need, this essay, aiming at the characteristics of the blank holder force intelligent control system of sheet deep - drawing hydraulic press, proposes the method to combine the conventional PID control and fuzzy control and designs the fuzzy PID control system of 2 inputs and 3 outputs. The Matlab/Simulink simulation indicates that the fuzzy PID control can reduce the overshoot and improve the speed, thus playing a good role in improving the stability, dynamic performance and robustness of such system.
