| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定雪胆胃肠丸中甘草酸含量,采用迪马C18色谱柱,甲醇: 0. 2mol/L醋酸铵溶液:冰乙酸(70∶30∶1)为流动相,检测波长 253nm,流速为 1. 0mL/min。

| Abstract: | Licorice acid was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection . Analytical column was Dikma-C18(250×0.46mm,5um).The mobile phase consisited of methanol,0.2mol/L Ammonium acetate, acetate(70∶30∶1).The flow rate was 1mL/min.The ultraviolet absorption was monitored at 253nm. |
